Crankworx Mountain Bike Festival

A world-famous festival celebrating the heart and soul of gravity-fuelled mountain biking, Crankworx Whistler brings together the best riders and biggest bike fans in the world for 10 days of racing, slopestyle competitions, Kidsworx events, bike demos and the chance to shred Whistler’s trails with other like-minded bike fans.
Whistler Summer Concert Series
July through August
From classical music and indie pop to chilled-out beats, R&B and rock bands, Whistler Olympic Plaza is the place to be for free, outdoor concerts all summer long. Bring your picnic blanket and settle in on the great lawn, or dance up at the stage to live DJ sets before the headlining performers begin at 7:30. Complimentary, secured bike valet is available on site.
Wednesday/Saturday, July through August
Make Movies in the Plaza your new summer tradition and get cozy on the Great Lawn for a cinematic experience under the stars. Movies are scheduled on select Wednesday and Saturday evenings this summer and are free to watch. There is a free Bike Valet available on site.
SQUAMISH

Are you ready to shop til you drop?? Open Street Day will be a day of local shopping, with Squamish downtown shops opening their doors and bringing their goods to the sidewalks! Peruse through local goodies and treasures as you walk, scooter, bike, etc… through the downtown core.
Squamish Days Loggers Sports Festival
August 3rd – 6th
An action-packed long weekend full of strength, skill and speed. Squamish Days Loggers Sports is an event that has become an annual ritual and an important reminder of Squamish’s logging past. The festival is jam-packed with family-friendly activities along with world-class Loggers Sports Shows that attract competitors from all over. This event showcases not only Squamish’s rich heritage, but also, it’s strong and vibrant community spirit.

ArtWalk seeks to increase access to and awareness of arts and culture in Squamish and the Sea to Sky Corridor by pairing artists with various venues around town and displays their work for people to visit throughout the month of August. People can visit the venues at any time to view the artwork during their business hours.
