The process is simple! Check your availability by filling out the Canada Greener Home Grant Eligibility questionnaire.
If eligible, you must have your home evaluated by a qualified Ener-Guide service provider. You can find a local service provider by following this link. Once you receive the report, the fun starts!
You may be eligible for up to $40,000 to complete qualified home improvements based on your evaluation. Find more information on this loan here.
All retrofit recommendations on the report will be eligible for grants between $125 – $5,000 depending on how much energy the home improvement saves. Once the improvements are complete, you must have a re-evaluation. With the results, submit an online application and money will be on it’s way!
Remember to keep your receipts throughout the process!
