February Love!

So it’s mid February and, whether you’re a romantic or not, Valentine’s Day reminds us all to take a moment to stop and  appreciate our significant other.  Many people  take this one day to make a fuss and pamper their  partner.  We say, why limit yourself? There are so many amazing places to dine in the Sea to Sky and so many incredible people to share them with, so we chatted amongst our team and put together a list of some of our favourites for you to visit any time with anyone, just cos you can.

Kristi Smith can’t go past Pasta Lupino for her favourite meal in Whistler – freshly  made in house, rustic and delicious.  Their chicken parm is the best and their rosé sauce is ridiculously good!  If she’s dining in Pemberton, Kristi is  addicted to the Papaya salad at  Barn Nork Aharn Thai out on  Airport Road, though everything they do is amazing.

Liz Tucker loves a night  at Il Caminetto on the Village Stroll.  Elegant environs  with a knowledgeable  team, well paired wines and desserts to die for make this her all around favourite.

Kiki has been exploring her options in Squamish these past few months and so far she has been surprised and delighted with all of the amazing options. Taka Ramen on Cleveland Ave has become her go to for creative sushi or traditional noodle bowls and Saha Eatery has answered her cravings for authentic middle eastern fare.

Meg gets her burger prayers answered at Mile One Eating House in Pemberton and her favourite all night indulgence experience is The Red Door down in Creekside.

What/where is your favourite? Please share them with us on our Facebook or Instagram page – we are always looking for recommendations and new places/dishes to try!
